highest quality prints
To make your jersey’s print with the highest quality possible, we prefer to use only vector graphics. When enlarged for a jersey, vector images will not become “pixilated” as will Bitmap Images such as jpegs. It is the clients responsibility for providing logos you have permission to use.
We can convert logos to vector image for $20 per logo.
Artwork Guidelines
It is the clients responsibility to provide all art work or logo’s to Zuni Outfitters.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to make sure they have permission for art work to be placed on their apparel and that the artwork is not copyrighted material. Once the customer approves the provided design proof sent from Zuni Outfitters they take full responsibility for images on any apparel. By you the customer approving the design proof you are stating that you have permission to use all images and that Zuni Outfitters is not liable for any images which you may not have the rights to use.

To avoid delays in design, you should get your logos together BEFORE submitting the order form, then send us the logos immediately after submitting the order. Remember that we can’t get started without the logos! Be sure that when you email logos to us that you put your name and order ID# in the subject line of the email so we can put the logos together with your order.
full color proofs
We offer Full Color Proofs so you can examine your team logos and design instructions in their full color view. We correct any errors at no additional cost, so even if the mistake is ours, you don't pay extra for the next proof. We keep going until we get it 100% print ready.
Proofs & Timeline
Once we have received your order form AND all logos, we will begin the design process. Please keep in mind that for us, the Order Date is the date we have everything we need to get started (order form, all logos and background information), NOT the date the form is submitted.
The purpose of the proof is to correct any errors – Proofs are NOT sample designs that can be changed if you change your mind about colors or logos.
1.We work on orders in the order in which we receive them. Depending on time of year, it can take up to 7 days after receipt of your order before we can begin work on your design. The actual design process takes a couple of days.
2. After the design is finished you will be sent a full color proof. The proof gives you an opportunity to verify that names are spelled correctly, logos placed as per your instructions, and that colors are as requested. We will always correct any errors and send another proof at no extra charge.
3.When you approve the proof, we will send an invoice with the final design proof. Once the invoice is paid we will begin production of your apparel. We will delivery to you within four weeks of approval.Note: Delivery times subject to change during peak season months .
